Had Linksys/Netgear combination working with old DLINK (VZN) modem, but cannot get this in-house network integrated into new Actiontec WR sent (unasked) by VZN last week. Aug 10, 2019 · Most computer retailers offers the Linksys WRT54G Wireless Router for about $49 and Wireless Access Points for $99. Why waste $50 if you don't have to? You can convert a wireless router to become a simple access point if that's all you need. This is not an article on how to create a wireless-to-wireless bridge, as some have misinterpreted it to be.
