Jan 25, 2008 · I have the exact same problem, it started within the last week or so. uTorrent 3.1.3 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I found that it seems that what made it crash was scanning and checking multiple partially downloaded torrents at once. It's your network card driver NETIO.SYS, that causes the crash, as seen in the video. Sometimes µTorrent can put a lot of stress on it, but it's a bad driver that need to be sorted to fix it.
